Found a bug, hit a bank statement that will not parse, or want a format supported? Write it here and it reaches the developer directly. There is no ticket system and no account - just a message and a reply.

What Happens to What You Type

This form is the one part of the site that does send what you type to a server, so here is exactly what it does. When you press Send, the four fields - your name, your email address, the subject and the message - are sent to igori.eu, written into a database on that server, and then emailed on to the site owner. The stored copy is what makes the form reliable: if the email fails to go out, the message is still on the server and is not lost.

  • Kept until it is dealt with. The stored message and your email address are used to read your message and reply to it, and nothing else. They are not sold, shared with third parties, or added to any mailing list.
  • A scrambled form of your IP address is recorded. Not the address itself - a one-way hash of it, which is what the rate limit counts so one visitor cannot flood the form. It cannot be turned back into an address.
  • Do not paste an invoice or a statement in here. Anything in the message box leaves your browser. Your documents, handled by the rest of the app, still do not - see Local Processing. If a specific file is the problem, say so and you will be asked for it separately.
  • Want it deleted? Ask in the message, or send a follow-up, and the stored row is removed.

Send a Message

All four fields are required. The more precise you are about what you did and what happened instead, the faster it gets fixed.

So there is somewhere to reply to.

Sending stores the message on the server and emails it to the site owner.

Useful Detail for a Bug Report

  • Which bank the statement came from, and whether it was a PDF or a photo.
  • What you expected to happen, and what happened instead.
  • Your browser and whether you were on a phone or a computer.
